Hello. I am using... sipXconfig (4.0.4-017289 2009-11-19T18:15:29 ecs-centos5)
Logged in command console with root access and issued the following command. sipxconfig.sh --database reset-superadmin No errors returned. Login page then allowed me to login as superadmin without any password. In superadmin account, I enter new password and click "apply". Error returned -- "An internal error has occurred. Click here to continue." The Phonebook option allows me to enter the relevant groups, but logging in as a user, and selecting "phonebook" reveals no visible phonebook entries. I am also using Polycom 320/330 SIP phones and there are also no directory listings visible when the "Dir" button is pressed. Also, if you see the "no records" statement after pressing the "Dir" button and then press a numeric key, the Phone will lockup and reboot. If this issue has been raised, then disregard.
