My Scenario :
I made some calls from Phone 1 to Phone 2 and Verified the CDR data from
Diagnostics-->Call detail Records--> History page
The time displayed is IST
Then I navigated to console and ran the following command to display CSE:
psql -d SIPXCDR -U postgres -c "select * from view_cdrs;"
The time displayed is UTC. When we did the last regression, both the
console and config UI time were in IST.
Is it a design intent or a bug?
