To tags on INVITE 200 OK will be mandatory in sipxbridge. This was not mandated in RFC 2543. Unfortunately, supporting this in general, messes up forking through a back to back user agent to more than one target (call forwarding to multiple PSTN targets). I am hence disabling this support. I hope there are no paleolithic pieces of hardware that work that way. If there are, then they forking will not work well.
