Hi All, 1.Create users 400 , 410 and 420 WITHOUT first name and last name and other contact details and register phone by adding 420 as the line. 2.Create two users groups CG and MG and add 420 to CG and 400 , 410 to MG. 3.Create a phonebook by name Test and assign MG as Member user group and CG as Consumer user group. 4.Log in to the end user portal of user 420, 420's phonebook has 400 and 410 as its members/contacts as shown in the below screen shot :  Now, click on the Download button, which is present in the Phonebook page, vCard file gets downloaded and saved on the system as phonebook_420 but when tried to open this file following error is displayed :  This is because the contacts in the 420's phonebook do not have either of the first name / last name. Observations : 1.After adding first name to the user 400 and downloading the contacts 400 and 410 from 420's end user phonebook, file in the vCard format was downloaded and was able to open with a single contact 400 as it has first name now. In total, contacts without first name and last name are NOT downloaded. Please let me know whether an improvement can be raised to alert users about this or any help text needs to be added for this?
