Attached for discussion/critique is a patch that allows one to set ringtone
files and the intercom alert tone.

The ringtones feature simply allows you to list the names of wav files in the
tftp root (put there as unmanaged files) as specific ringtone numbers. Assuming
the wav files are of the right character and not too big the polycoms will
upload them at boot time and you can use them as rings for specific lines or as
distinctive rings based on caller ID (by referring to them in the phone's
directory).

The intercom tone feature simply exposes parametrics around the chord played
when someone makes an intercom call to an extension.

I did toy with adding a new class of managed files for the ringtones and that
was easy enough, I just couldn't find a clean way in the plugin architecture to
provide for a dynamically generated drop down list. Managing via the 'unmanaged
files' facility.

I've tested this under Polycom 3.2.2 and 3.2.3 with SVN builds at 17896 and
18544 on Polycom 650's and 335's.
