There's just one screen, so I don't a "wizard" per se would help. But I think a couple of general changes would improve the flow of adding a Conference: 1. Conferences are Enabled by default. (Don't even offer the "Enabled" setting when adding a Conference.) 2. Get rid of the "Name" setting. Conferences already have a (required) Extension, plus (optional) Description and Owner. A Name setting doesn't add any value, and forcing the admin to type one (and make sure it's unique) is just a hassle.
