All in the 30000 range on a fresh install of 4.2. sipXrelay.log shows it couldn't bind on the first 16 attempts shortly after startup, then it proceeds happily opening ports. I restarted sipXrelay and then all was fine so maybe this is more of an informational message in case someone sees the same thing.
