Hi All, There are two test servers sun.qantom.int and venus.qantom.int. User 666 is registered to sun.qantom.int and associated with a phone. User 399 with first and last name Ross Taylor respectively is registered to venus.qantom.int and associated with phone. Logged into the end user portal of 666 and added the contact 399 in its phone book. First name : Ross ; Last name : Taylor and Phone : [email protected] After clicking on Call button below avatar, Click To Call panel pops up set to Phone : [email protected] as shown below :  After clicking on Call button , following error is thrown :  Call cannot be made to the users registered to other servers. This issue is seen after the fix of XX-6145 Before the fix of this issue, Click To Call panel used to display only 399 in the edit box and after editing it to [email protected] in the click to call panel box, call would get established successfully. NOTE :This works fine if user IDs have * _ in user IDs and user IDs are alpha numeric. Please let me know whether this is design intent or a bug? Thanks in Advance, Vani I.H. |
