SipXconfig currently saves the user-uploaded audio files directly to the filesystem. For us to support user-uploaded MOH on the remote servers, we would need the ability to upload files to the remote server by doing an HTTP PUT through sipXsupervior. As of now, I believe only HTTP GET and HTTP DELETE methods are supported by the supervisor. Do we have an issue to add HTTP PUT to supervisor? If not I will open one, and block this issue against that one.
Secondly, IMO this issue is too big of a change for 4.2.1, and should be pushed to 4.3.
