From lib/freeswitch/Makefile.am (in the current HEAD):

VERSION = 1.0.5
RELEASE = 1
SVN_RELEASE = 17188
SVN_URL = http://svn.freeswitch.org/svn/freeswitch/trunk

This is where it checks out the source to build the freeswitch RPM. SipXecs lib 
build does an svn checkout from the freeswitch repo (which is actually no 
longer using SVN, so this is checking out from a 'compatibility' SVN server) at 
the above commit number, make the tar file, then uses its own (from the sipxecs 
project) spec file that was dynamically generated by the build system to 
actually build the rpms.
