'Linear' is used for Personal Music Directory source, since the stream is often 
not in use, and only rarely has more than one recipient.

'Loop' is used from the System Music Directory source, because the stream often 
has many recipients at any given time.


So we will add a per-User boolean setting called "Restart MOH loop" (default 
off.)  If enabled while using System Music Directory source, the loop will play 
from the beginning each time it is used.  Basically, the System files will be 
used as if they were Personal files.

This new setting will only be visible when the User's Audio Source is set 
explicitly to "System Music Directory".  (i.e. It will not be available when 
the User's Audio Source is set to "Use System Configuration", even if the 
system configuration is set to "System Music Directory".)


It would also make sense to hide the Personal file selection widget, when the 
"Personal Music Directory" Audio Source option is not selected.
