New patch attached, I've added sipxconfig checkstyle suppressions to pass 
precommit with original Acegi headers.

Well Acegi is no more Acegi but Spring Security (version 3.0.2 now, we are 
still using Acegi 1.0.7). I am going to post a question on their forum and ask 
if any downside about the approach I come up with and how to further proceed if 
they accept such a change.
