Precondition:
Register a user 310, John whose IM is enabled and the user should be
associated with a pidgin client
Login as user 310, and from My Information page -->MyBuddy, enable the
check boxes for Voicemail Start IM and Voice mail End IM
/*Steps:*/
1. From the caller 601 dial 310, user 310 starts ringing
2. Do not answer the call on 310, VM of 310 answers the call -->MyBuddy
displays a message
MyBuddy: Julie (601) is leaving a voice message.
/*Case I:*/
# When the caller 601 starts leaving the voice message, execute the
command "listen" on MyBuddy from user 310
#User 310 starts ringing, Upon Answering the call on 310, he should be
able to listen the 601's VM message as and when he is dropping it.
# Verify the CDR historic page
CDR call details displays:
First call : From user 601 --------->To ---------->310's
VM---------->Completed
Second call : From MyBuddy -------->To ---------->310
---------->Completed
My Query is, CDR table is not displaying the third call details as below:
Third call : From user 310 --------->To ---------->601's
VM---------->Completed

Second call : From 601 -------->To ---------->310

As per case I, CDR table is not displaying the below call details:
From MyBuddy --------->To ---------->310---------->Completed
Is it a design intent?
Please Advice me.
