XX-7344 says a new configuration parameter is needed to enable Bria 3.0 allow others to monitor call activity.

There is nothing to indicate it was tested or works. While the setting "is" there, BLF or presence monitoring does not work on the bria 3.0 with sipx 4.20. It was not tested, only the parameter made available. I don't think this should be "fixed" at this time. I also can say that Bria 3.0 (2.5 is not available) does not work well at all with 4.2 at this point due to several noticeable issues.
