Allowing the user to choose his password opens the door for passwords like 
'1234' which hare easily guessed and can result in very large phone bills at 
the end of the month...  Also, because the user does not have to type in the 
SIP password anywhere, I'm not sure there's any value in having the user even 
know what the SIP password is.  What kind of use case do you have in mind.
