Hi All,
With the new permutation of @conf ,
1. During an IM session from the conf chat window type @conf groupname
2. My phone and all the phones of the other members of the specified
group ring
3. When we pick up we are in conference
I have query regarding this feature :
Pre-condition :
Created a User group 'test', and add users 200, 201 and 202 to that user
group
Register a pidgin client associated with the user 200
Create a conf with extn
Name : conf,
extn :1111
PIN: blank
assign a owner as 200
Create an ACD line 333, with queue Q1, and added users 201 and 202 as agents
Steps:
From the user 200's conf chat window type the command '@conf 333'
Result:
User 201, agent under ACD extn starts ringing. Answer the call on 201,
which DO NOT enter the conference as agent 1. After about 20 seconds
call gets disconnected.
However MyBuddy of user 200 displays a message:
MyBuddy: 333 (333) entered your conference as participant [1] at Fri May
14 18:17:53 IST 2010
Could you please advice me whether it is a expected behavior or shall I
raise a bug?
