As a result of disabling the Sip Trunking role, restarting services, then re-enabling the role and restarting services I found the following:
SIP Trunks that need to use the SBC route will not function unless deleted and recreated. There is no option after re-enabling the SBC role to "choose" the SBC route in the "orphaned" sip trunk. Also, the ITSP screen disappears. I assume this is the intended behavior, but there should be a "danger will robinson!" alert of some kind in text when you remove the role. Is it possible to allow to choose the SBC route and not to delete the credentials in a future version? -- ====================== Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 sip: [email protected] Fax: 434.984.8431 Email: [email protected] LAN/Telephony/Security and Control Systems Helpdesk: Telephone: 434.984.8426 sip: [email protected] Fax: 434.984.8427 Helpdesk Contract Customers: http://www.myitdepartment.net/gethelp/ Why do mathematicians always confuse Halloween and Christmas?
