The right answer is to stop using a mapping rule for dialing voicemail, Paul. All the correct mappings are known - they should just be aliases. _______________________________________________ That certainly eliminates the need for "extention length" in the mapping rules. But it is still probably needed for validating extension numbers that the admin enters for phones. Or do we explicitly allow variable-length extensions? (That is probably a PLM issue.)
