Excellent, thank you for the clarification!

So we'll keep the XX-8533 requirement to exclude all three of these from 
Authorization Code Call Permissions.

Can anyone see a reason not to move these "Call" permissions to "General"?  
They'd no longer be listed under "Required Permissions" the Dial Plan, which 
would fit very well with our XX-7822 Dial Plan simplification.
