I put together one way for folks to test openacd together with sipXecs http://wiki.sipfoundry.org/display/xecsuser/sipXecs+and+OpenACD+Call+Center
you'll need install the "open build" unstable binaries to get the rpms build w/erlang support. As soon as main comes back to SIPfoundry, I'll post the patches. From our initial tests, the cpu load is very minimal for each call so this should scale quite nicely.
