Cool, I'm able to create users using the script above. 

Now, instead of having them created as the script does, I need to use a file as 
input, where each line would have the user name and password. 

Eventually, it would be;

If the user exists, check only for change such as permissions so I'll need 
additional info on each line showing permissions.
If user is gone, delete user from sipx or change it's password to something 
random until I decide to delete the account at some point.

Basically, some logic based on input from a file. As I am not a programmer, any 
leads on how I could accomplish this would be most welcome.
Eventually, I'll find someone who will be able to program this properly once 
and for all but for now, even rudimentary would be so useful.
