Yes, there are different URLs.
I'm not sure, but the callresolver might listen on another port. It's been
two years since I have tested this for a very short time.

Google told me that the callresolver maybe listens on port 5433 (
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg03390.html).
You should try out sending your request to that port or google a bit more to
figure out the right port.

I don't remember that I had to install something. The callresolver is part
of the default sipX installation.
