In 4.x the IVR no longer allows one to punch in your PIN (perhaps conference number) while a prompt is playing. In 3.10.x it did, but that was not using FS fro any media services at that time. Does it sound reasonable to "allow" that by default or make the setting exposed by the configuration to the admin can opt for it at the FS level? _________________________________________ It would seem a lot more pleasant from the user's point of view to allow DTMF while prompts are playing.
