I am sending a call to a sipx 4.3 system, trying to test faxing on
t.30. The call comes in a PRI, and the call is sent to the following
user:

[email protected]

The call says "established then immediatly hangs up.

To explain: 7950 is the fax user account in unified messaging for this
particular user. I understand (perhaps incorrectly) that calls to fax
accounts are supposed to go to ~~ff~<user>@sipdomain.tld.

I am having problems understanding the alias portion of the fax
service, but what I see if the call TRYING, then ACK all the way back
to 4.3 install, then 4.3 says BYE.

Route:
<sip:172.16.248.69:5060;lr;sipXecs-CallDest=UNK%2CFAX;sipXecs-rs=*auth~.*from~NzllMjE3NGY5NTU5NzY0.900_ntap*id~MTUxMDQtMTU%60!0c5a351a32a77c454ea96890e7cc15d3>

I don't know what this means. I can only suspect it means its a funky
way of saying "not a valid user".

Does any of this make sense to anyone? I'd like to get over a few
hurdles and try to identify what is needed for t.38 to add on top of
the t.30 integration, only I don;t see the t.30 "working" yet.

Thanks,

Tony
