I think there is a tracker item that addresses moving to a "valet park" using FS. I have noted on there it would be possible to add BLF monitoring (RFC4235) to FS valet parking after talking with their dev group. I think their is an inherent design flaw in the current park server, and I also believe the impetus is to move all media services into freeswitch.
