Before we decide to move to a resolution, I'd like to identify root cause.
To that end we need a snapshot / trace that clearly captures the issue so
that someone can have a look. If we can make it reproducible, chances
increase that it can be fixed.

I know there was a lot of talk about valet parking and yes, eventually we
would like to replace the current park server. However, that seems a bigger
project and whether we use valet parking or build a new FS based park server
is TBD. If there is someone out there who could work on this, we would be
very supportive.

Yes, I originally had an issue in 4.0.4 and it persists with 4.2.0 which has
been discussed at length. It started back in 3.10.x.

It is in high call volume/call park environments. Others have verified it
(Jim, Josh, etc.) and it still exists. It still happens with 4.2 with the
RLS patch. The calls get stuck and the call has to be manually kicked at the
gateway even after a restart (trunk, AudioCodes and Patton).

I will look for the original issue. There are several that have been
pre-emptively closed and re-opened.

Is this to fix the current park server or to justify moving to a valet park
on FS?

Are you looking for the instability with or without the RLS patch? Only a
few people have applied the patch in a production environment. I know there
are still issues once the patch has been applied.

Did we ever get to a reproducible error report on the park server
instability issue discussed last week? Sorry should I have missed it.
