Just a follow up here. I figured this would be a fairly basic find for the java guys out there. Looks like this was a request in earlier versions ( http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-5250), but the issue was closed because this functionality would be included in a "sipxconfig.properties.in" file. I'm not sure if this was ever implemented or perhaps the config schema was changed, but I don't see this in current releases.
