Hi,

When sipXecs generates a gruu it puts back quotes in the username URI
ie: sip:~~gr~b`n`[email protected]

Unfortunately some phones (like snom) when they use that new contact URI
does not escape the back quotes.

The result is that when sipXecs proxies the new packets from this phone
it can not parse the contact field and replace it with the URI:
UNKNOWN-URL-SCHEME:;x-sipX-nonat

I understand this is a remote phone problem, but don't you feel it would
wise to not use back quotes ?

For example snom needs to have gruu disabled to work with sipXecs, else
you get weird results like ACK that never get proxied for example (or
inability to re-invite calls)...

Regards.
