I am not very sure what you are trying to do, but the component that
deals with localization support is:
LocalizationContext (LocalizationContext.getCurrentLanguage )
The LocationManager deals with the locations (sipx servers) configured

Er, yeah, sorry, that was a typo. I meant the localizationManager and
context.
