We've been working on provisioning Openstage phones with SipXecs but
when we tested the MWI the phone was unable to notice that messages were
waiting, looking at the exchange in Wireshark it looks like the phone's
attempts at subscribing are not accepted by SipX. Handling the actual
SIP traffic is not my department so I don't really know what's going on
there or which part is at fault. The phone used was an Openstage 40,
firmware version V2 R0 41.0 and it was told that the MWI server is at
getFullyQualifiedHostname(), it does not appear to have any other
options pertaining to MWI (except for some cosmetic labels).
