There is not a windows build. RHEL, CentOS and Fedora builds are in the
download area. I think OpenSuse is planned or available too, unofficially..

Ubuntu builds have not been made (for several years). There is no ISO for
sipXecs with Ubuntu.

Since sipXecs is a standalone linux application server, if you feel like
there should be an Ubuntu distribution for it, the dev team would certainly
welcome someone to package and maintain it. Please note, not all "linux"
distributions are the same. sipXecs, like many applications, have
prerequisites that don't always have required packages for all
distributions.
