Are you talking about 'superadmin' or a regular user?
You should be able to log using superadmin even if you have ldap configured.
If is a regular user, please check in LDAP page / Settings tab /
'Authentification Option' combobox
('LDAP Only' means that only LDAP authentication is verified).
Anyway please attache the sipxconfig.log when you aren't able to login in
UI.
