I am on-site. I wonder if there is a max upload file size via java that has been set too small. I was trying to upload a 85MB file. I had the same painfully slow experience with a 20MB bootrom file (same subnet at 1GB between the two system. I brought this is with 3.10 and saw it fixed, so I am bringing it up again.
So if anyone can test this with 4.4 and let me know, I'll look into getting a log debug if it is not just me.
