Hi All, I was just curious as to why Auto Attendants are not configured with an extension/alias like a user, instead of assigned one using the dialplan? I can see many advantages to doing it this way, like checking to make sure it is a unique extension, you wouldn't have to restart sipxproxy and registrar. Is this worth entering as a feature request?
