Greetings, A customer running an HA environment moved the ACD server from the primary server to a third server. ACD functionality is normal except that ACD Reports returns data only for the previous ACD server implementation.
The new data *is* in the SIPXACD_HISTORY database. It appears that the query is using the name of the old server even though the GUI presents only the new server name as a selection. The configuration files point to the new server. Remedial action has included reactivation of the ACD, sending profiles, and rebooting all servers. Any suggestions?
