no, as long as the rpms haven't been deleted you shouldn't have to
re-run lib.rpm

NOTE: unfortunately openfire is labeled "sipx-openfire" so that it
wouldn't conflict w/the rpm you could get from igniterealtime.org, so
be sure you didn't delete it.  If you did, call
 make sipx-openfire.rpm
someday, we can be compatible w/the rpm from ignite-realtime so we can
benefit from their release eng. and developers.
