Hi All,
First I created user group with name Testing1 and second user
group is Testing2 and I enabled Assign conferences to new users in
Conference page for both group
1.Testing1 Conference extension prefix - 222
2.Testing2 Conference extension prefix - 333
Then I Created user 200 along with I added this user to both the group
Testing1 and Testing2 .Then I checked in conference Page that the
automatically created conference with extension 222200
But my question is Why the conference extension created with 222200
instead of 333200? Because in usergroup level description says that
"The order of groups is only important when the groups have different
values for the same setting. The setting value in the last group has
highest precedence"
For Eg:
Another Scenario is Call forwarding :
1.Added two user groups Testing1 and Testing2
2.In Testing1 group set call forwarding to 30
3.In Testing2 group set call forwarding to 50
4.Create a user 201 along with add this user to both the group
Testing1 and Testing2
5.Check the Call forwarding time for user 201.It will be 50 not 30
So the Last group has highest precedence for above
Scenario..........So the Same thing should happen in Conference Also?
