I'm trying to use the umlaut ü in a localized label in SipXconfig. The
problem is that when I write the entity name ü the ampersand
automatically gets converted to an entity so the result is ü
which of course prevents it from using the uuml entity. Just writing ü
does not get converted to an entity so it comes out as garbage in a
webbrowser. Entities work fine in descriptions.
