Just tested on 4.4.0 and the problem still exists.

speculation on what I think the problem might be related to.

FYI I registered 3 polycom phones directly to FreeSWITCH and didn't have this 
problem.

Only the Registrar is logging at INFO level, so the snapshot doesn't help much. 
 Maybe you can get another snapshot with all components logging at INFO level?

Have you tried against the 4.4.0 version available?
