Hi All
    The Voicemail Permission is disable for user 200.
  Steps
  1.User 200 dial 101,call is connected to IVR and Following prompt is 
heard "Please Enter the Personal Identification No"
   2.Enter 1234 and press #,Following Prompt is heard "That Personal 
Identification No is not Valid"
So my suggestion is
  1.When user(Voicemail Permission disable) dial 101,Instead of  "Please 
Enter the Personal Identification No" Prompt the user should hear Prompt 
Like "You don't have Voicemail Permission" or this prompt is heard in 
Step2 --when user Enter the Pin  and then Press  #
 
Because user should not get confuse that,whether he/she forget pin or Vm 
Disabled by admin
