Hi All,
According to this issue no: XX-6742 ,the services should restart
automatically after apply send profiles to the server.So the services
are restarting automatically,then why ConfigUI displays a message *"One
or more services need to be restarted. For details click: here

Apply send Profiles to server.
Observation
1,There is no services present in the Affected services page...
2.This is intermittent,sometimes it showing services to restart in
the Affected services page...
