Hello,
I try to create commands for the CallCenter because I've never found
some preconfigured commands. I get an error if erlang try to send
messages to freeswitch. Now I think about debugging the erlang_sendmsg
but I don't know how to do this.
My main problem: I call the Call Center Line with the Extension 410.
Then I hear the welcome message. After that I wait for one telephone
ringing which is integrated in the Call Center Line. But nothing happend.
I think about the C Node which you can select in the openACD Managment.
