Hello, I use sipxecs 4.4 and try to create a shared mailbox for two users with different extensions. I create a usergroup and didn't find any Check-Box for the option like "Shared Mailbox". So I put two users in the group with the extension 400 and 401. The extension of the users group is 460. If I dial 460, I leave a message to the answering machine. But the message doesn't reach one of the two users. I thought that the configuration of this user group overrite the individual config of the users. Isn't it so?
