I dunno. Maybe the haircut that followed made me weak. I'll try again.

I don't seem to be able to dial ISN endpoints locally or remotely.
I don't seem to be able to place sip uri's from outside to the remote user.
I don't seem to be able to call remote user to remote user either.

I'll scrub some configs and start over and post anything relevant back.
