CallResolver (CDR service in sipXconfig services page) is responsible with
call events aggregation and saving CDRs
1. Set callresolver log level to debug and look into sipxcallresolver.log
for any error (you can also attach it here)
2. After collecting log file, restart callresolver from sipXconfig (CDR
service from services page) and see if the delay occurs again
