As far as I know BLA isn't possible between the desktop and the wireless solutions. BLF (busy lamp fielding) works though.

Secretaries are using Polycom's 550 and have a button with boss' line then can answer and call throught boss' line. If the boss is using a softphone Bria, his secretaries can see his on the phone (red lamp). If one secretary answer or makes a call by boss' line, the other one can see red lamp in her boss'line button. But if boss uses wireless handset Kirk5020, no one can see anything about his state.
