That script wasn't being run at all. I did not include the --enable-rpm 
flag when i ran configure. I only had the --enable-cento-iso flag. I did 
not include it because this was not part of the initial wiki.

Once I added the rpm flag the createrepo flag was properly set. I have 
booted off the iso and it is currently installing. It looks like it is 
working.
