Hi All,
    I had Call Center Extension 600 and my test scenario is transfer the 
call to Call Center through IVR
  Scenario:1
     1.In Operator I set  Transfer to Extension or Other Destination 
=600 by pressing 1
     2.I dial 100,the prompt is played and press1 the call is 
Transferred and agent will receive the call
  Scenario:2
     Dial 100 ,the prompt  is  played  and  I  press 600 ,this time call 
is not transferred and played the prompt this extension is not Valid...

Whether my second scenario is valid or not?
