Hello. Is there a way to include CDR records as part of the daily backup routine? Under System -- Backup there are only two types included. Voicemail and Configuration files. CDR database records are not included.
I've just realized this after receiving a request for information going back 3 months, but a recent hardware failure caused sipx to be reinstalled last month. Both Voicemail and Configuration backups was successfully restored. There are no CDR records for the any prior months in question. Thanks. Stephen.
