I have tried this on a new install and find that it works fine. What
it does not work fine on: a 4.0.x install updated to 4.4.x. I also
tried backing up the 4.4.x config and restoring to a new 4.4.x
install.

The one item I am seeing that makes me think this is going to be an
issue is the following default values:

In my upgraded system, the default park timeout seems to be 60 seconds.

In a newly installed system the default timeout value is 120 seconds.

On any 4.4.x system where I have a default value of 120 seconds, the
timeout value works, even if I alter it.

On any 4.4.x system that was an upgraded from a pre 4.4.x system, the
timeout values are defaulted at 60 seconds and do not work regardless
of the timeout value.

So now my question is, how do I reset the default values/parameters
for call park in 4.4.x without manually rebuilding a system to get it
to work?

I think this will hit any person upgrading.
